Photoshoot Assistant (Temporary Contract)

We are looking for assistance during our Spring Summer 2025 ecommerce photoshoot happening this
June. As photoshoot assistant, you will be supporting our marketing team with general photoshoot prep and
execution.

This is a temporary, paid position. Contract would start as early as May 27th and would end June 14th, 2024. Regular office hours
apply (8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday). Exact start and end time are subject to change.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing clothing for shooting
  • Steaming clothing prior to shoot
  • Dressing models
  • Setting up styling table
  • Setting up and takedown of photoshoot materials
  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must highlight your interest in fashion/ Gentle Fawn
  • Must have availability from May 27th to June 14th (excluding weekends).
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education or recently completed (in related field an asset: marketing,
    communications, etc.)
  • Project Management skills
  • Resourcefulness and a self-starter
  • Past photoshoot/event planning experience an asset

Sales Account Executive - Southwest

Gentle Fawn is a leading fashion brand known for its contemporary and versatile designs. We strive to empower women to express their individuality through fashion, with a focus on effortless designs, well fitting garments, and high-quality materials.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will drive sales by seeking out new retail customers and deepening existing customer
relationships. A successful candidate will be passionate about our brand, self motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and
a natural selling ability with an emphasis on customer service.

Responsibilities:
As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively managing and expanding our customer base on the Southwest. Your primary duties will include:

  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize sales opportunities and market
    penetration within the Southwest territory.
    • New Business Development: Identify and secure new accounts by prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry
    contacts.
    • Account Management: Nurture existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Provide
    ongoing support, product training, and merchandising guidance to retail partners.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor sales
    performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Trade Shows and Road work: Represent Gentle Fawn at industry trade shows, in-store events, and sales meetings.
    Conduct product presentations and build brand awareness.
    • Administration: Maintain sales records in Sharepoint Excel, PO entry in Joor, process re-orders, returns and swaps
  • Sales Support: Working closely with the sames team, providing assistance and support as needed. This could involve coordinating sales meetings or tradeshows, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining the sales team's calendars. You may also collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities or campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Compiling lists of qualifited leads, contacting prospects via email, phone calls, social media. Schedule and confirm customer appointments to key tradeshows for the US Sales Team. Introduce Gentle Fawn's products, share relevant content or lookbooks, and offer incentives or promotios to encourage lead conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of demonstrated success as an Account Executive for a Women’s contemporary brand.
  • Industry network, in-depth knowledge of the territory, including market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Established retailer relationships within the territory
  • Strong, determined work ethic and team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and deliver
    compelling presentations.
  • Results-oriented mindset: Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to achieve sales goals. Resourceful problem solver
    who can adapt to changing market conditions and leverage opportunities.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within the Mid-West territory and to attend trade shows and events.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Joor

Female Fit Model

Gentle Fawn is looking for a Female Fit model to join our team. This is a part time casual position, and the hours depend on the time of year. Hours must be FLEXIBLE and available during business hours 9:30am-5pm, Tuesday-Friday. Fit sessions usually last from 3-7 hours and approximately 1-3 days/week. This position requires you to provide feedback on fit, comfort and movement to assist our Designers and Product Developers in developing well-fitting styles that are appropriate for our customers.

Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time while maintaining good posture
  • Must be comfortable with fitting garments in front of a group of people.
  • Commenting on fit of garment from a customer’s point of view of comfort
  • Available for flexible working hours
